I found it easy to upload and use a pictures of my kitties and formatting my name and address details was also very easy. They arrived within a couple of weeks, which is quick for a customised product. The tags are solid and the leather bands are good quality, so I have no worries about the tags being damaged or wearing at all. It certainly makes my luggage easy to identify. I am very happy with my purchase. The printing (which is on the back of the tags) is very clear and stands out.
