This design features a pastel painting by the American artist Glenn Cooper Henshaw (1884–1946). It is a vintage cityscape showing the city of Indianapolis, which is the capital and most populous city of the US state of Indiana and the seat of Marion County. The roofs of the city's buildings can be seen, as well as towers and spires of churches. Historical buses and streetcars can be seen driving down the main road at the centre of the image.
