Quality of print was poor on arrival. I had to pay to have them printed urgently elsewhere. Very disappointed, this has never happened to me through Zazzle before.

I ordered a sample of this design and it came out perfectly. Then I ordered all my invitations and they came the completely wrong color with a huge blank border around the edge. The change to the design happened 6 days after I placed my order, but 2 different Zazzle reps told me I had been the one to add the border. When I proved that I was not, they claimed it wasn’t possible to print them without the extra border. When I told them it was possible because I got the sample and it was great, they said they would remake my order. However, I had to fight with them for hours to print them that same day. Shouldn’t that be standard when you mess up someone’s order? They then sent me the invites with a border AGAIN. On top of all of that, I’m fighting with them about refunds because they keep not doing what they say they will like just refunding the shipping, etc. STAY AWAY. And Zazzle, please take this design off your website if you’re not capable of printing it!

Few items were damaged. Not sure if it was in transportation or when making them.

I liked this game for my baby shower because the animals were not the same old run of the mill like some of the other similar games that I saw, which made it fun and a little bit of a challenge for my guests
