Zazzle does not provide good customer service. It’s hard to send complaints and no one answers. I did not get everything in my order and no one responds.

The image was mirrored and I had to reorder costing me twice what I expected.

Invitations were as expected...color chosen is vibrant, clarity and sharpness of the font. Arrived in a timely manner. Card stock is sturdy. Very pleased! Highly recommend!

Ordered another batch of invitations as we needed more. However, upon receiving the second batch of invitations the envelopes were different to the first. It was grey, thinner, more flimsy and was clearly different to the first batch. Quality of product not consistent. Disappointing.
