My order arrived significantly damaged, with the sign appearing to be very bent, which has caused deformation.

This was a 75th septuagenarian celebration. Everything was fine. The color effect was great and we even order 5 more in a larger size a d awaiting the delivery.

I never received my order, tracking was not updated, and I did not receive a response when I reached out. I ordered a simple pink board, no design. I needed it for a bridal shower decoration and now its too late to get it from somewhere else. Very disappointed and very bad service.
