I have not received this item. I am not happy at all. I wish customer service were better with this company. I am a very unhappy customer.

The packing was too loose and it dog eared all my cards. I cannot resell these cards when they're damaged.

The photos weren’t arranged well and the text on the back wasn’t centered. They’re not really useable. I don’t think the “expert review” does any good at all.

I need to order more!

We wanted a gold color and like it shows in the template photo, but it is a green color instead

Ordered this card about three weeks in advance of wife's birthday and it arrived about a week late (despite notices that it would arrive in time). Had to but another card.

The business cards were very attractive and arrived timely.

4 Stars because the print quality is amazing, paper quality is fantastic and ease of design cannot be beat. That being said....the cards did not come pre-cut. There were black lines that I thought were for cuts for the bow...but they were just black lines printed onto the cards. That is the only thing I knocked a star off for because now I have to figure out how to cut 250 cards for my hair accessories.

I was really disappointed with how the thank-you cards turned out. The font was incredibly small and difficult to read, which made the cards feel almost unusable. On top of that, the envelopes arrived already sealed, so I had to rip them open just to be able to use them. What makes it even more frustrating is that I ordered the matching invitations from Zazzle and was so impressed with how beautiful they turned out. I expected the thank-you cards to have the same quality, but unfortunately, they did not. Definitely not what I expected, and I’m very disappointed with this order

I am absolutely astounded at the crap print job I just received. Did someone cut these out by hand??!!! The corners are not rounded nor are they square, instead they are a jagged cut corner. This is the 2nd print and it is so extremely bad it must have been intentionally done. Do you not have a quality control department that checks the product before it's packaged. Even if they did not look at the cards simply feeling them would alert you to the ridiculous corners. The alignment of the content in the card also does not match the visual that was shared for review.

Printed color did not match original design and even with the basic paper option the card felt very cheep.

Beautiful product, arrived quickly

These cards were not gold how they were supposed to be. I expected it to be shimmer gold but it was cream colored instead

The actual cards themselves were great, my design was captured exactly as designed online with quality material. The shipping was extremely negligent: a flimsy box with one tiny piece of tape barely covering the top. My cards were spilled all across the post office packaging outside of the box and could have been damaged completely if not for strong post office packaging.

Love our new travel cards! They look great and are fun to give out to new friends
