Zazzle Invitations

I have printed hundreds of cards for past 13 years with Zazzle and the quality past 2 years has gotten so bad I will be looking into other vendors on future. Every single card in past 4 orders (300 cards total) had smearing of ink from front of card on back (which has wording and was intended to be white). Half the cards had bent or crushed corners. Cards are cut with dull blade - 10% of edges are rough or show tearing. Cards are not shipped with care - they are overstuffed in too small of kraft envelope with no padding and no protection for corners. These cards are for Easter bags for church so don't have time to return or get reprinted. Really very sad and disappointed - Zazzle used to be such dependable good quality.

Overall the card is sufficient quality. It is a little thinner/flimsier stock than ones I have purchased from other creators. Also the picture quality was not nearly as nice. it was definitely pixilated but not as much as the other card.

Quality was poor. Look like the cards have been riding around in someone’s truck for 3 years. The edges where the cards are cut were terribly frayed. Will not recommend or use ever again. These cards are going in the trash.

They came out beautiful!!!

So disappointed!!! I always order my buisness cards here and this time the paper was flimsy and not printed all the way around. No boxes provided for the 500 cards just an elastic band!

I really like the design and appreciate the quality of the cards (e.g., paper thickness, ink saturation). The design process was simple, as was the ordering process. I only gave four stars, however, because my business cards were printed incorrectly (the bottom line on the front side was not centered, despite being centered on the original design). Zazzle was great at attempting to resolve the issue (they reprinted the order and shipped it quickly), however, the second order was still printed slightly off centered (although not as drastically as the first print). I have verified multiple times that it was centered in my original design, so I'm not sure why this error was made twice during printing.

I didn’t receive my business cards I received business cards for a guy in Oregon. He received my business cards. I have emailed the company to get this resolved, no response. I’ve tried waiting on hold but no one ever answers the call. I do not recommend using this company.

Literally a cardboard picture . Don’t order

Not sure I designed it correctly but it was perfect. Taking these thank you cards on my river cruise for tips. I do have to fix the punctuation marks on the European words with a marker. The cruise map on the front is perfect.
