The Envelopes were not addressed but this is what I received and when I contacted customer service, they did apologize sending out a replacement order, but it came the same way again :(

Very unhappy. Received the 3 certificates in a flexible envelope so certificates had been folded and damaged, not usable! Not heard back from you from my note!

Would have been great cards but they came kinda mangled in the box which messed up the black cards...puffed up the white edging.

The colors were brilliant along with the infinite possibilities of adding photos to the back to personalize cards make it an option to go to for Special occasions!!

Was easy to upload addresses--really liked the free envelope addressing. Template was pretty. Also liked how there was flexibility to add my own details and design.
