Ink is so light you can hardly read them. I ordered a lot of things and these are the only ones like this

Card design is beautiful. The cards themselves weren’t cheap feeling but could be better quality. I’m going to upgrade the card to get better quality.

Every single card has a white strip on it. I know it’s not from the image I uploaded, as the white strip on either the bottom or the side. It’s not even uniform. I’m very disappointed I spent as much as I did and waited almost 2 weeks for cards to come that have a defect like this.

These cards are not centred!! I needed these cards and now I can't use them, what a waste! All you had to do was center them, everything else was fine.

I ordered a personalized card for a friend for her 90th birthday. The card from Zazzle was beautifully printed and just as I had ordered, but it was mangled by the post office and not useable. I contacted customer service and they not only sent another card, but had it special delivered so that I got it in time for my event. They went above and beyond any customer service satisfaction that I have had before. I appreciate their quick response to my problem, and will definitely order more items from them! Thank you so much!

My first time ordering from Zazzle and I'm very disappointed. Next time I will make my own flyer on Canva .

Two envelopes were damaged in packing. I wrote to you right away and sent pictures but the two 5x7 envelopes have NOT been replaced to date

This item was okay The design was beautiful but the card itself and the font in some sections was way smaller than I expected. I paid a little more for a better quality of paper however some of the edges were faded and had white on them. We dazzled them up with accessories and made it work.

It came out pretty good, the only thing is that it was a bit bent due to the packaging. I just feel that since its a card sellers and zazzle should find cardboard to keep the cards from bending or the card safe

Enjoy their business cards. I get compliments all the time. The one time I had an issue, customer support was able to fix an issue with a misprint at no expense to me. I appreciate them correcting it.

I'm really not sure if I will be ordering business cards from Zazzle again. This is officially the THIRD time they have sent me new business cards with the EXACT SAME MISTAKE. I keep ordering "Bright White - Signature UV High Gloss". They keep sending me this off-white, matte color. I don't understand why. And yes, my order is placed correctly. I keep thinking that maybe I made a mistake, but I didn't. I only have problems with the business cards, none of the other items I order from them.

Postcard was beautifully printed and arrived slightly ahead of time.
