I still have not received this item,shipped almost one month ago ! Poor service from Zazzzle.

I didn’t realize it was a wrap-around photo button. So when I received it I asked if I could return and redo. I never got a response.

I am actually pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product. For such a low price I was expecting something of a cheaper quality but it exceptionally well made with clear, concise detail. I had an initial problem with the delivery buy Zazzle rectified the situation immediately and the item arrived well ahead of the celebration for which the item will be a gift.

Zazzle did their part! My buttons turned out so beautiful. Appreciate the work y'all did.

Whoever prints the buttons does not thoroughly check the product afterwards to make sure that it was printed properly. They messed up the design, printed the messed up design and packaged it up and sent it to me anyway? This is a clear lack of regard for the customers who put their trust in this company expecting to receive a quality product. Thankfully I don’t need these buttons any time soon, otherwise I would be even more annoyed than I already am. Give the customers what they are paying for or risk losing customers altogether. A simple quality check and a reprint of the design would have sufficed, but someone thought that they would get away with sending a messed up product. Ridiculous! Zazzle ought to be ashamed of themselves.
