The design process was nice and easy. When it arrived, it was dinted from where the keychain was pressing into the metal. I was hoping that it was a solid piece of metal, so was disappointed when it was a basically a badge on a key chain.

Perfect! Just don't get it wet. Dry your hands before you turn the magnet as it is not well sealed and the ink will run if you get it too wet. It saves a lot of headache for busy people who have a dishwasher.

Finding these was like the Holy Grail for my insane Aggie mom. The only thing I wish was that I could've put the Texas A&M logo on them somewhere, but I realize licensing issues, etc. She's gonna flip. I'm so glad y'all had some graphics available so that I could put the football. I don't think she would've totally gotten what I was going for without that detail, since they aren't "official." The price was also good. Kind of wish there was a better "preview" or "designer review" function so that I could just make sure my placement was OK. I worried I'd gotten things a bit wonky. Good quality; she'll use them forever!

Like some other items ordered, the printing wasn't as bright and sharp as expected. It looked faded already. Maybe this is stated somewhere on the website and there's a good reason for it (like, super bright printing flakes easily or wears off faster). If so, that should be on every product page, too. They look like they've been around for awhile (not dirty, just not brand new, even though I know they are). Know what? It really doesn't matter. The ability to personalize and give such a unique gift is awesome! Who needs more mugs? But subtle alumni custom floor mats (esp for her 17-year-old car)? Useful and she's gonna love them!
