I loved the quality of the mouse pad. It's a thicker mouse pad and very comfortable. There is a heavy rubber smell to it but that doesn't bother me. I just know some individuals are sensitive to smells.

Was prepared for disappointment based on reviews so had gone with something small - a custom fridge magnet. Customising process was easy and efficient. Order arrived as described within 8 days (ordered 28/7, arrived 4/8) - very happy (and slightly shocked!!!). Still a bit wary based on the experiences of other reviewers, but this was a very positive experience and I would definitely consider it again for a small custom purchase.
