The hat has a high and somewhat rigid crown. The pictures on the web site showed more of a lower crown style, which I prefer.

I designed my hat for my new car a Mazda Miata MX5 To wear when driving with the top down. The colors matched and the inscription my cars colors EXACTLY Looks great Zoom Zoom!

Perfect but on my next order I would like to have some embroidery on the back of the hat. If it's possible?

I thought the hat turned out very well. I just ordered a plain white cap with red embroidered text across the front. My Dad hasn't received it yet but I think he's going to like it.

I think I was most nervous about the font type I selected and the placement on the hat but it turned out exactly as pictured.

The colors are vibrant. The black cap doesn't have a lot of contrast, though that one was for a subdued recipient, so perfect for him. Embroidery work is colorful and well stitched. I am very pleased...

I was pleased with this product. I do not know a great deal about the apparel industry and I thought these could have been a little softer. However, I really liked the product and it fit great! We wore them at a trade show & it was a great way to display our business.

I am giving this five stars because my husband LOVES it. I personally do not like the "worn out" look of the front.....it looks old and tattered but he LOVES that look and it was for him!

The embroidery was a big time disappointment. Very poor workmanship. The thread that connects each letter shows on the front face of the hat. It should be done on the backside. The embroidery was not centered properly on the hat. It was placed more to one side. I ordered this to test the workmanship for future large orders. So this is a very poor effort from Zazzle.

The alignment of the text of both the "Captain" and the personalized embroidery were off center by more than half an inch! The hat also looked old, this was not described with the images online or the description. Totally displeased.

As said above, the letters were off by half an inch.

I bought this sweatshirt for my sister in law and am super excited to give it to her for Christmas! Excellent quality! I bought a medium, which appears to be slightly big, but I'd rather too big than too small.

Everything appears exactly as it did when I customized it online!
