It took almost 3 weeks to arrive, and got to my house after my son's birthday, whom the gift was for. I don't blame Zazzle for the late arrival. According to the tracking it arrived via UPS at the local post office (it's 2 miles away) on time. It took 8 days to get from the local post office to my house. The hat was lighter than it appeared in the picture and the material wasn't what I was expecting. The embroidery was very well done.About the PrintThe embroidery was excellent.
