I’m beyond pleased with the outcome of the item I ordered. I was worried my Then&Now poster would be blurry or grainy but the total contrary. The pictures and letters are super clear. The Zazzle agent helped me every step of the way and answered all my questions. I would definitely order from Zazzle again. Thank you!!!!

I wish the calendar had highlights for dates of national holidays. Another seller had such a feature with their custom calendar product but they did not have 2026 calendar product.

The poster is larger than the matte so letters are missing off the edges. Contacted customer service who said they would offer a credit. No sign of the credit and I am going to have to pay a professional to reframe the poster. You cannot sell a framing service that cannot adapt to poster size!

Exactly what I wanted

Shipping and arrived in a small, tight, poster container. Folded MANY time. Creases in picture unable to get out. Had to have a new one made at Walgreens. TERRIBLE.

Great quality and color

It was hard to find a view of the Chicago skyline looking east and at an affordable price, so I was excited to order this print to give to a family member. Unfortunately the image is blurry and so I will be returning it.

The plate surround started black but quickly faded and is now a maroon color. Not sure if this is covered under warranty but it should be.

I can’t believe I paid this much for this kind of quality. The original photos I provided were raw, clear, and unfiltered, yet the images on the canvas came out pixelated even though the printed photos aren’t even large. I’m extremely disappointed. I can’t give this as a gift in this condition. I would like a refund or a solution, because this is not the quality I expected based on what I submitted.
