Zazzle is awful. Mug arrived broken, and no remedy. Customer service responds to inquiries with an offer to make it right, but does not say what that is! It’s maddening. 4 months later and i still have no refund.

Absolutely no issues with the product. Customer service replied to my replacement for a smaller size in a very timely manner (this was due to me not measuring properly, the shirt fit great)

Absolutely stunned at results! I originally designed this as a stationery mascot in 1991 (3"X3") but never printed it. The doggo looks better on a shirt than anywhere else. Vivid Printing is the only way to go --- LOVE IT!!

I would like to say I loved the quality, as I’ve had good experiences with Zazzle in the past, but it never arrived. Tracking says it’s been stuck in a USPS facility since July 11th. Repeated emails to Zazzle go unanswered, even though they state no longer than one business day. Horrendous customer service.

I have previously purchased t-shirts from Zazzle and have been pleased with each one. The color is accurate and the print is sharp.

The design shown on the website is bright and very detailed, the end product was not. Production was delayed past estimated time.

The printing is saturated and blurred compared to the original design. This ruins the subtle detailing in the art such as the moths hidden amongst the flowers.
