Product took a little longer than the two days but it arrived in excellent condition. It is well made and very beautiful...the only problem was that the pendant was much larger than I expected it so I will be returning it for a smaller one. Other than that I was ver happy with the design and quality. Jen

perfect timing for the perfect gift

This product is a small box and I am using this box to hold a kaleidoscope necklace made of this image of Nubble Light, it is a perfect fit. A perfect gift one of a kind :)

Colors are vibrant and captures the view of Nubble Light beautifully.

The chain that came with the pendant broke the second day my 14 yr old put in on, and she is not rough especially when it comes to any kind of jewelry.

Printing was not the issue.

Package arrived one day earlier that expected, item was slightly larger than I expected, but picture was very clear, set within glass, and there was no "plastic-y" look as other reviewers have suggested. I may eventually swap the chain out for a different one, but the pendant itself is very satisfactory!

Upon ordering, the Quality Assurance deptartment expressed concern because of the art design did not meet sizing/quality specifications. So they emailed that concern to me. I said that I realized what they were talikng about but that because of the design going onto a small product it looks great as it is. I received it and it is exactly as it looked on the website. It always DID LOOK GREAT on the site and it is quite professional looking. I gave it to a female friend of mine to wear and I witnessed a few compliments on the piece from people as she was wearing it.

The pairing of image and format of box is perfect. Other images would not translate as well, and haven't. But this is first rate. To handle this box reminds me how tiny it really is, and what attention to detail was required to produce it. Loved the surprise secure closure of the magnetic top!

This is one of the few products that the quality of the printing stunned me!

I purchased 2 versions of this necklace, one for the book and one for the program, both are outstanding and I haven't stopped wearing them. I'm always receiving complimentary comments & inquiries regarding where I had them made, ZAZZLE.COM, of course. Word is spreading....... No better advertising than word of mouth, but the product has to have appeal, which all of Zazzle products do!

I purchased this customized necklace for a very close friend who had recently lost his dog of 17 years. My friend created his own keepsake with a photo taped to an existing necklace on a chain, the sentiment was awesome but I had to do something for him that would enable a more longer lasting memory as a keepsake. When I presented the necklace, he was speechless (which is unusual), totally taken away by it, put it on immediately & wears it all the time. This was a very special way to honor someone loved and lost. He loves the necklace & I couldn't be happier having purchased it for him.

I stumbled across Zazzle by accident while looking for Sweet 16 gifts for my daughter. What a wonderful way to customize something special! It was pretty easy & user friendly to do, but I could have used a bit of help or guidance. I was pleased how quickly I received it & my daughter was thrilled when she opened the special little Zazzle bag on her 16th birthday. She told me that it meant a lot to her & that really meant a lot to me. Thank you!

Great! I received a caution & re-sizing my image was recommended, so I reduced the size as much as I could & took a gamble on it. The gamble paid off. If there was a way to better see what the finished product would be like, that may have settled my nerves a bit more. Mind you, the preview I did look at seemed perfect anyway.
