A good-quality made mouse pad with a very nice, supple yet supportive wrist gel rest. Its a good sizr, well-made and has a great ergonomic shape for right-handed mouse users - and it was reasonably priced, too! :)

The color and sharpness of the printed image (a colorful peacock & butterflies, no less) is FANTASTIC, and true to the image displayed on-screen.

I love that I was able to customize my own mousepad WITH a GEL wrist-rest.

Good graphics quality. Good gel palm rest. Mousepad base felt flimsy (plastic), and mousepad itself (printed portion) is not affixed to the base and may fall off. Usually not an issue but it surprised me a bit on arrival.

Good printing quality on the graphics, and decent gel cushion for the pad. Overall mousepad felt a bit flimsy, and the printed portion of the mousepad is not permanently affixed to the mousepad base. Has not been a problem for me but it might be a concern for others.

The quality of images on trays is exceptional. Very clear and build with it's own frame for hanging on the wall.

The customizing process was easy and had more features than I could have imagined. It did everything I needed it to do. Delivery was fast as well. This was the only place I could find a cheap, custom case maker. One criticism would be that the slot where the credit cards go only holds two cards comfortably, and only a few bills will fit in the money slot or the case won't close.

The colors were a little dimmer than the picture I uploaded, but I expected that because it was done on fabric. Although, I've had the case for a couple weeks now and the color is already getting a little dirty. Having this be something I am holding all the time, dirt is expected, but the image is rubbing off a little. Other than that, it fits all the needs it should. Thank you. :)

This mousepad surpassed my expectations. The plastic(?) frame/base is thick, stiff and durable so it doesn't flop around annoyingly when you move it around. The wrist rest has helped my joints hold up to extended usage in the 3 weeks I've had it (computer/gaming for majority of day). I was aware of this from reading other reviews, but the printed mousepad itself is NOT attached to the base. I assume this is so you can wash it. But I was happy to see it stays put nicely. You don't need to worry about it sliding around along with your mouse. Overall this is an item I would definitely recommend and will likely get as gifts in the future.

The printing turned out perfectly. I get a lot of products custom-printed from various merchants and was relieved that the cropping in the preview is extremely accurate. The lines in my hi-res image are nice and crisp. The colors are pretty much spot-on; they're slightly lighter, or perhaps less contrasted, but this difference is not noticeable unless you really scrutinize.

Good solution to protect and identify one's iPhone. Better and more reasonably priced than the hardshell cases and expensive glass protectors.

This serving tray was intended for a wedding gift and it turned out beautifully. Some of the pictures I used were low resolution and I was worried the final product would not look high quality. But I was wrong, all the pictures look clear and the tray is gorgeous. So happy. Made another one (large) earlier for a father's day and it turned out wonderfully as well.

It is not colorful as a wood grain looking as shown. However, it is attractive. I do wish there were more slots for credit cards. It would cut down on wallet use, but still it is great.
