Printing is almost good enough, unless you’re picky. Due to the cup shape, your image will distort the lower on the cup it goes.

The weight and quality of the ornament itself is excellent. I had originally ordered this in early December and although happy with the overall product, I had been disappointed in how dark the printing came out so that the text was obscured. I shared that in my first review of the item, and Zazzle reached out to me with options to make it right. To make a long story short, they lightened the photo and reproduced the item for me at no charge. This company has the BEST customer service and I cannot recommend them enough.

The colors of the photo after Zazzle lightened it were very good and the text was now legible. I am very happy with this item. Thank you Zazzle and all of your wonderful customer service people!

Excellent! Just what I wanted it to be.

When I opened up the package, the image had fallen off the card case. There was thin piece of adhesive and I firmly pressed the image plate back on the case. It looked like it was going to hold. But I've only had it for a week and the first time I pulled it out to get a credit card, the image plate fell off onto the ground and got scuffed. I've only had it for a couple of weeks and the image falls off continually. I'm going to have to try and find some glue which works metal on metal. Disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this as a gift unless the adhesive problem is fixed.

Print quality was a bit grainy, but I was happy enough with it except that it doesn't stay on the card holder.
