Personalization was so dim you couldn’t read it. Very disappointed

This is a horrible design - the images are way too small to make out (and the print quality is not great either).

Ordered with Black Background and it was a dark Green and uneven finish on the back side .

Quality is good. Arrived on time. And maybe it says measurements on site. But it is tiny for ornament. Not gonna gift it. Money waisted.

I was a little disappointed in the quality and the name printing on the wallet. The baymax part looked like a separate piece sewn on. I chose a white font for the name so it would show up against the black, but it was very faded. I didn’t have time to request it be redone. I actually bought another wallet to give him and gave him both of them.

I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this ornament is. It's something I bought for a friend to recognize an anniversary. I thought it would be a cute thin glass. I was happy with the weight of the glass and the custom imprint looks GREAT! This will be a go to gift for me.

I ordered this for my mom years ago. She dropped it and the mirror inside broke, so I ordered a replacement. It's so cute!

Black tumblers are more of a dark green than black, annoying from a branding standpoint. There's not an easy way to reach customer service to complain, either.

you can put ice with water and stays pretty cold for about 24 hours. I'm ordering another one and my husband is very happy:)
