Originally, I received a picture that was too dark from the middle down to the bottom. I was then sent a replacement, but it turned out to be an exact copy of the first image. This is despite the fact that I provided a high-resolution photo with brilliant color that can be enlarged to poster size. I appreciate that fact they wanted to fix the problem unfortunately it didn't happen.

I did my own QA check by ordering one of these for me - I can’t believe I got such a stunning phone case - the digital design conveys perfectly in original color and fit to the case. Nice job!

The case came with small bubbling on the artwork. Not thinking it would be a problem I kept it. Three weeks after opening the Christmas gift it is now all starting to come off where the bubbles were.

LOVE IT! All the protection you expect from an Otterbox case. Personalization is vivid... and has not faded with heavy use for 5 months now. Highly recommend!

This picture makes this look like it sparkles. It is deceptive. The disclaimer that it didn’t have glitter was not on the site when I ordered it. This picture looks sparkly but isn’t.

I absolutely love my new case

This case has two major problems. First, my phone pops out of one side of it all the time. Secondly, despite the fact it’s an Otterbox case the case cracked and a big chunk of it fell off by the charging port. I’m in the process of requesting a refund.

I have only had the case on my phone about a month and the back pictures have already peeled off. I’ve never had this issue with any of the cases I got from here except this one. Very disappointing.
