It is still very nice so I did not complain. I had a slight problem which was caused during shipping. The postal service dented in my plate, but zazzle quickly replied to my issue and replaced it no problem. Maybe it should be shipped with a heavier card board around it? It really wasn’t a huge deal because the replacement arrived in plenty of time for a Christmas gift:)About the PrintColors are accurate to picks but I thought this plate had sparkles, glitter or some type of bling.
