I bought this for for my brother as a birthday gift and he loves it!! He works a job where he is on the road all day and he says it keeps his drinks cold all day. He loves it!!! it looks really cool too!!!

The printing was perfect!!! Name was spelled correctly and the words looked great!!!

Arrived much faster than expected and looks great. Bought it as a gift and know that it will be loved!

Engraving is clean and as expected

I used zazzle to create unique and personalized gifts for several of my friends. This particular glass I ordered for a friend of mine who actually built an open style bar in his backyard. I was able to personalize it to add the name of his bar and the year it was built. Upon receiving this, I am highly satisfied how it came out and I know he will absolutely love it.

Product overall is an 8 out of 10. Not bad! Replaced one glass right away and customer service is very very good!

Printing on glasses was very good.

The personalized font is so small, you need readers or a magnifying glass to read it. I got these for our anniversary which is tomorrow, and I did not open them until now so I'm screwed. Thankfully my wife has a good sense of humor. She will probably laugh at the font and say after one year of marriage her eyes went bad. Also the glasses themselves look and feel very cheap. I do not recommend getting these.

Should ship with a free magnifying glass so you can read the printing.

I had bought these two glasses to commemorate my boyfriend and my 15 year anniversary. The picture of the glasses had an inscription that was very clear and legible. When I took the glasses out of the package, I was not happy! The inscription is so small, it was almost illegible. Once we put whiskey in the glasses the writing became invisible. All in all not what I expected

I was a bit nervous in the beginning and when I received it the name was spelt wrong but they were quick to correct that mistake and sent the correct mug over ASAP. The quality of the mug is good.

The print was clear and the quality was Good.

HAD ISSUES WITH THE PRINT ORDER THE FIRST TIME AROUND, BUT WAS EASILY FIXED AND SHIPPED WITHOUT HESITATION AND THEY DIDNT WANT THE OLD GLASS BACK, SO THERE IS AN EXTRA GLASS FOR SHARING WITH OTHERS, EVEN THOUGH IT READ IMPROPERLY. BUT VERY HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL GIFT EXPERIENCE AND WAS TRULY PERSONAL, ESPECIALLY FOR SUCH A SPECIAL OCCASION AND SOMETHING TO BE ENJOYED OVER AND OVER.

I purchased these as a gift. The mugs themselves are just mugs, but being able to personalize them is what made them special.

The printing looks good. I would have liked the engraving to be a little deeper, but it's OK.

This was a retirement gift. I was very pleased with the quality. Heavy duty beer mug.
