I DID NOT WANT THIS TO BE PERSONALIZED !!!! IF I HAD WANTED “BELLA” on it I would have specified that on my order !!! It should have came plain, no personalization on it since I DID NOT REQUEST IT TO BE PERSONALIZED !!! I guess you just select a random name to put on it !!!! !!! What a waste of money !! It went straight in the trash where it belonged. It was of no use to me. Watch out for this seller !!! I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I SAW THE NAME “BELLA” on it !!!!

Colors were as expected. Quality is ok. material is on the thinner side. However, I ordered a 13 inch and there is approximately 2 inches of extra space, so it doesn't hug my laptop. For this quality, I could have ordered from Temu.

I'm really sorry but the quality is really bad on these notepads. On EVERY single one I ordered, there are loose sheets of paper falling out. On one, the entire back cardboard piece, you know that makes it a PAD of paper, it is not even attached. Instead of these being pads, they are really just a stack of paper.

The puzzle is great and the image is good quality too! My only thing I am not super happy with is that the photo on the front of the box is separating from the box on all of these puzzles I have gotten. It would be really cool if it was secured better and if there was also maybe a printed copy of the puzzle photo in the box to help as a guide.
