Bought for my daughter and son-in-law at Christmas. It is well made, pretty, and very challenging. It gave them something to do during our cold Wisconsin winter days and I loved that I could personalize it:)

I bought this for my husband's surprise birthday party and didn't know what to expect. It turned out to be nice! He was very taken back by the design. He loves music and is old school, so the cassette tape image was right on point.

This review is not based on the quality of the puzzles I ordered as I do love these puzzles. It’s fun to work on a puzzle created from a personal image for sure! When I received tracking information for my order which consisted of 3 puzzles it appeared that my shipment would come together in one box which it did not. I received 2 of the 3 puzzles I ordered separately and on different days. The third never arrived yet shipping link says they all arrived and together. I eventually called customer service which was a very good experience and was sent a replacement puzzle which I just received. Although I’m happy to get puzzling again I’m disappointed with the packaging. The first two puzzles were sent in a beautiful black box which was really impressive upon opening my shipment. This last replacement puzzle was packaged differently in a much lower quality clunky box.....ugly in comparison. Definitely a quality control issue. I have ordered from Zazzle in the past and have always been impressed with their quality merchandise and packaging, this puzzle did not represent what the brand has to me in the past.

I was looking for a name plaque to display the meanings I came up with for each letter in my name. I came across Zazzle and used the background design made by Sasiralnk and am so happy with how it came out

The picture was nice and clear and looked good when it was all put together. It is so special to be able to have a puzzle of a place that is very important in our family's history.

The printing of the actual puzzle was very nice. The picture on the box, however, left a bit to be desired. I sent this puzzle to my elderly parents and ordered a different one for myself. It was frustrating for all of us to try to work from the tiny computer printed pictures stuck on top of the boxes. I don't know if I'd have sent it if I'd known how tiny the model picture was.

The puzzle itself is beautiful. It's glossy and clear with bright colors and easy-to-see details. The pieces fit a bit loosely, so be careful if you're trying to move it, but they look fine when the puzzle is together. Our big frustration was the packaging. The little box is nice and sturdy, BUT the little computer printed picture stuck on top is SO hard to see. Couldn't the picture be at least as big as the box, or have a folded model picture inside. (watermark it if you're worried someone will frame it.) It's not possible to print a clear bigger picture from the site either. For what these puzzles cost we should at least get a model picture big enough to work from. This was frustrating and makes us hesitant to order another one.

The print quality of the puzzle itself ws very nice. The colors and images were bright, clear, and vivid. It was more lifelike than most puzzles. The picture stuck on top of the box was frustratingly small, hard to use, and not very well attached.

Wow this came out better than I imagined! The quality of the pictures were beautiful! It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. My mom is going to love this for mothers day!

The puzzle was challenging to put together. But the finished product was amazing. My husband and I ended up framing that puzzle and hanging it. It was really a different exercise to do together.

I ordered 3 puzzles that I designed my self. I was extremely happy with the quality of the puzzles and the way they were boxed. 2 of the puzzles arrived on time, but the last puzzle was 2 days later than the time frame promised (almost 3 weeks past the ordering date). This was very disappointing, since it was a gift, but Zazzle did offer me an apology and a 25% off my next purchase, which I appreciated. In general, I would suggest a 3 to 4 week window if you are ordering a puzzle. It seems to take a bit of time to put these together.

The printing turned out well and I was pleased with the color quality and image.

I bought this puzzle for a friend. She said it was the best present ever as she spent three hours putting the puzzle together and just concentrating on the puzzle and not her worries. The quality was excellent and as she loves monkeys this puzzle was ideal for her. This is the first puzzle that she has ever done and she is now in the process of buying more puzzles from Zazzle.

I love Rousseau and this is one of my favorites. I really enjoyed seeing the animals come alive from the foliage. Very nice piece of art. Came in pieces in a bag so one does not have to take it apart piece by piece.

Coloration fairly accurate and did not cause difficulties in solving.

Love the painting therefore love the puzzle!! Ordered three more by the same artist. Have not taken it apart because I love looking at the finished product. Came in pieces, did not have the aggravation of having to take it apart piece by piece.
