For our first experience with Zazzle, we ordered 3 puzzles.  It was an excellent experience.  The delivery was slightly delayed but no problem.   Each puzzle was individually packaged in a sturdy and attractive black box with a very clear and large enough photo on the top to use as a reference.  Our family had a lot of fun assembling these puzzles.

Excellent photo quality.  Only a few of the pieces needed to be separated and none peeled or frayed during separation.

The product quality was good. However, I did not see that this was not a frame, and so I ordered the sample. I was most disappointed that nobody called this to my attention prior to producing the product. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service!!

Again, good quality, but I should have been contacted to confirm my order.

I ordered 3 different items they all came at separate times about a week apart from each other. The product looks great but seems they could have saved on shipping to put everything in one package. That is pretty much my only complaint shipping took to long and not efficient

The printing quality was great, It looked very good.

We had a lot of fun putting this puzzle together. Set it up on the table and worked on it here and there over a few days. Will definitely be ordering more

Nicely packaged. Puzzle design was beautiful. Challenging to do, which is what I wanted. My only feedback would be that I wish the puzzle pieces were a bit thicker, which is what I am used to, but not a real issue in doing the puzzle. Would recommend this and would buy more puzzles from Zazzle since have other pictures of interest.

This puzzle was such a tremendous disappointment: after the initial cancellation of my order (due to coronavirus factory shut down in China), I finally re-ordered with anticipation. The puzzle arrived in a broken white cardboard box, in which the pieces (many of them already assembled) were in an opened plastic bag. The reference picture of the puzzle is on a sheet of paper inside. Disassembling the pieces caused many to become damaged when the picture separated from the thin cardboard backing. And each piece is shaped exactly like the others: frustrating and annoying. To add insult to injury: we finished the puzzle, and a PIECE IS MISSING. :-(

The reference picture of the puzzle requires a magnifying glass to read, and the print on each puzzle piece separates easily from the cardboard.

My order came super fast and the puzzle came out great! My only issue was that although it says 11x14, when I finished my puzzle I went to put it in a 11x14 frame and it turned out to be a bit smaller

This puzzle was not too difficult, but also not too easy. Many of the pieces fit in many places but only one right place. No whimsy pieces but nicely shaped pieces. Will do it again sometime soon.

As I said, nice pictures printed nicely.

The notebook, as always, was very well done and I was very happy and pleased with it. There was an issue, where my order was lost once shipped, due to no fault of Zazzle. I contacted customer service and within two days I had a replacement that was very well done. I am not only happy with their products, but also with their customer service as well.

Extremely expensive for the quality. Came in a flimsy box with no picture of puzzle on it. Paper photo copy of puzzle inside box colors don’t match well. Photo is clear and shows detail but puzzle does not show detail as well. About 1/4 of the puzzle pieces were still together. Extremely disappointed.

It took 12 days for the product to arrive. Customer support did not respond for three days when I inquired where the package is. That is not acceptable considering it came from the US and I live in the US. I will never order from Zazzle again.

The product is no good to me after it took so long to arrive.

Excellent product, I have been to Positano and my hotel features in the jigsaw so it was special for me. The quality is fantastic and is beautiful when finished. The one thing that could be improved would be a A4 or bigger actual picture of the jigsaw not just the tiny picture on the lid of the box, I have to use a magnifying glass. This is my third puzzle from zazzle and I am now going the send my own picture of Switzerland to be made into a puzzle.
