I ordered the customised puzzle for my husband's birthday. The puzzle was of great quality, similar to other puzzles in the market. Some pieces have weird shapes which are not seen in standard puzzles but nothing worrying.

The printing quality was good colour and was perefct.

I cried when opening my package. I absolutely loved it. I really recommend this. I think I will be purchasing more. Losing my sweet boy was the hardest thing I have experienced. Seeing this picture by his urn reminds me of how wonderful he was and the beautiful life he and I had together.

The burlap background on this plaque with easel compliments the natural wood in our home and the owl design is stunning. I liked that I was able to add my family name and home information. I didn't open it, but based on another puzzle I purchased from this company, I'm sure it's bright, vibrant, and the pieces are sturdy. The gift box is beautiful- shaped like a cube and of high quality.

My daughter is getting married, and I had seen a cute idea where guests write words of wisdom/well wishes on the back of oversized puzzle pieces. This was perfect! Large pieces and a photo that reflected the couple's favorite place to travel!

The individual pieces were vibrant and clear. The white backing took Sharpie markers well and didn't bleed through.

I select the cover art that interests me at the moment and be it a painting such as this one or an illustration, the sent product is always as it is depicted on the site. The lined paper is the appropriate weight and the individual sheets tear smoothly at the perforation.
