First - the magnet that I purchased fell off when it rained. I did not complain, and did not ask for a refund. I reordered the item and paid extra for next day shipping. I have never paid extra for next day shipping in my life. I paid MORE for shipping than I did for the magnet and I got a smaller size to make it more affordable. So my daughters graduation is tomorrow and I get a message that it’s running late. This is unacceptable.

Printing was fine on the first one but the fact that I have not received my second one in time means the everything g is POOR

We ordered about 60 + of these for my daughter's baby shower. We ordered a month in advance. Today 6/5/2021 we still do not have the order. No follow-up from the seller to make sure the package was delivered, no updates...nothing. That makes me feel as if no one cares if we get the order or not. I thought ordering over a month in advance would leave enough time for shipping delays or whatever. I guess not. The order was placed and paid for 5/8/2021. As of 5/13/2021, it's still sitting (an item with wax in it) at the post office in Texas. Even if these items were sent first class it should have taken no more than 7-10 days to receive. If items are time-sensitive 3rd or 4th class mail is not acceptable. I'm assuming that's why Its till sitting at the post office in TX. (It needs to come to NJ.) I s/w the post office and they said when the crate gets filled with items for NJ then they will mail it to NJ. REALLY???????????????? that's not good enough. I'm hoping someone reads this and does something about it. I really happy every other 5-star review they seem to have has received their items on time.

don't know I never received the items so I can't tell you. and right now I do not have time to either update or order additional items because I'm out of time. all the time has been taken up by the TX post office and since no one at the company checks to see if items are delivered I just have to suck it up. First-class mail does not sit around, however, 3rd and 4th class mail do so I'm assuming it was sent the cheapest possible way.

I wanted to create a magnet to honor a fallen police officer who died on September 11. Zazzle made it easy to upload my image and provided other options as well. Very satisfied.

This order was tracked and supposed to be delivered on May 17. Today is May 25, and there’s no sign of my order or any way for me to contact Zazzle regarding my order. When I look at the tracking map, it was close to my home and now it’s hundreds of miles away. No updates since the 20th.

Haven’t seen it. I was excited to get this product, I don’t know if it will ever show up.
