the product was great, good quality. The letters were very little dark, below the acrylic, but not a problem for me.

Easy to create. Shipped quickly considering it was holiday time. It was acrylic not porcelain. Loved the shape, which I wasn't able to find elsewhere.

One of images (2 sided) came out perfect, the other a little dark.

My personalized ornament came out well... makes me smile and will look great on the tree. Lots of font choices, and ability to resize/reposition photo.

When I received my order 2 of the 8 were printed upside down so I called their customer service and they made it right by rushing a "redo" of the 2 tags and express shipping them to me to arrive in time for Christmas gift. I was not hassled with having to return the other two.

Beautiful, sharp and great colors

I have ordered this same product in the past and received the items 2 weeks after placing my order. I ordered these luggage tags on Nov 27th and have still not received the order. I have e-mailed customer service twice and was told over a week ago that the items would be delivered to me soon. I am extremely unhappy with how long this has taken as I have 2 family members who will be receiving their christmas gifts late this year, that's IF i ever receive my order.

Have not received the product so I don't know...

Came out in good quality, almost exactly how it looked online.
