The product far exceeded my expectations as far as the quality. This is the second one I have ordered this year and I ordered two more after this one. Will definitely be ordering again!

The printing was excellent, however it was not printed with the correct names. Let me add that I immediately sent an email and was under the impression that it would take 1-3 days for a response. (My son is still putting his ornament on the tree, after all it looks great, just one side was supposed to say Eagles.) I received a response a couple of hours later letting me know that they were processing another ornament and it would have expedited shipping! If that isn't great customer service....I don't know what is!

We loved this ornament, perfect with good weight but not too heavy for smaller branches.

The ornament came out exactly like the photograph we sent in, perfect!

Great first Christmas ornament but first as a married couple

My mom passed away 11/4/18. Our thing was alway exchanging Christmas ornaments - she loved all things Christmas. Her passing was sudden/unexpected and it's been extremely difficult for me. I wanted something meaningful to remember her by, especially on Christmas... this ornament is perfect. Solid material used, the photo is clear, and it's just perfect.

It brought tears to these old eyes. I thought it was wonderfully done and now my first dog will always be on our tree.

Its a bit dark but it wasnt the best picture either although it doesn't matter as its clear and well defined.

THE COLORS WERE a little different then expected, but it worked out.

The board looks exactly as pictured. Size was correct also. I am very happy with the design and the name of my granddaughter was just how they pictured it.
