This is a beautiful luggage tag, it's well made and looks expensive but it's not.

it arrived broken and unusable -- i emailed and never received a response orr a replacement. i have been a long time client and expected better. please replace the item and ship in a box, not an envelope.

Ordered for a friend moving out of the country. It looks even better in person. Very nice finish. Ordered express delivery. The tracking was difficult but arrived prior to their departure.

This is the greatest gift. I uploaded a photo of my grandson and gave him this personalized luggage tag to use for his graduation vacation. They are perfect and high quality. They come with a nice buckled strap, but to be sure I also zip tie them to the luggage.

Great product! Highly recommend!! I first ordered the canvas print. It arrived damaged and not stretched properly. I then replaced it with the acrylic print. What a difference!! So vivid and colorful. I will order acrylic prints from now on instead of the usual canvas that i have been ordering for years. It is very heavy so hanging it with the included board was a little challenging but well worth it.

did not receive party was over and still never arrived. I will not work with this company again and would like my monet back
