The 1st chakra is also referred to as the "root" chakra. The Sanskrit name for it is "muladhara" which means root/base. It is located at the base of the spine. The colours and words are bright and clear and overall the mug is "spectacular"; the mug was missing from my original order of 5 mugs; however after advising you of the situation, within 10 days I received the mug and the following day another mug arrived with the word "Happiness" on it.
