This design features the state flag of Montana, which is a state in the Northwestern United States. The western half of Montana contains numerous mountain ranges. The state motto of Montana is "Oro y Plata", which is Spanish for "Gold and Silver". The capital city of Montana is Helena, while the largest city is Billings.
