Star of David Tie
The Star of David, or Magen David in Hebrew, stands out on this white tie and is placed at the bottom of the tie. While it has been used in ancient history by a number of peoples, the Star is recognised today as the symbol for the Jewish People and Zionism, appearing on the flag of modern State of Israel. It is made up of two equilateral triangles and is usually in a royal blue colour. The Israeli Magen David Adom, the Israel associate of the International Red Cross, uses a red Star of David as its symbol.
