The product was just as it was described. Printing was exceptional. The product arrived on time and undamaged, and the gift was happily received :-) The rubber insulation is a little slippy. It hasn't given any trouble, but you always get the feeling that you need to make sure it's still on. Thank you. I will say it didn't have quite as much of the metal look as it does in the picture, but still beautifully done. And placement was right on, and that's a big thing for me, because I was in the printing business for 2 years.

Yes, the description says that this is a hard plastic case, but the name steel Phoenix is highly misleading . . . I would not recommend this to a friend. I did not customize any printing on this product

very sturdy phone case, with extra protection at the front. it was easy to create a custom design online, and i love the finished product! the printing is excellent - love the finished product. colour matched perfectly and exactly as it appeared on the order.
