Stained Glass Windows, Salisbury Cathedral, UK Ceramic Ornament

Stained Glass Windows, Salisbury Cathedral, UK Ceramic Ornament

Stained Glass window from the famous Salisbury Cathedral, Wiltshire, England. "Salisbury Cathedral, formally known as the Cathedral Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, is an Anglican cathedral in Salisbury, England, and is considered one of the leading examples of Early English architecture.[1] The main body was completed in only 38 years, from 1220 to 1258. The cathedral has the tallest church spire in the United Kingdom (123m/404 ft). Visitors can take the "Tower Tour" where the interior of the hollow spire, with its ancient wood scaffolding, can be viewed. The cathedral also has the largest cloister and the largest cathedral close in Britain (80 acres (320,000 m2)).[1] The cathedral contains the world's oldest working clock (from AD 1386) and has the best surviving of the four original copies of the Magna Carta (all four original copies are in England).[1] Although commonly known as Salisbury Cathedral, the official name is the Cathedral of Saint Mary. In 2008, the cathedral celebrated the 750th anniversary of its consecration in 1258.[2] The cathedral is the Mother Church of the Diocese of Salisbury and seat of the Bishop of Salisbury" Source: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salisbury_Cathedral

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni. However the Zazzle Support team were fabulous & organised a replacement quite quickly. My daughter is very happy. Thank you. Nice ornament, love the colours

These Christmas ornaments turned out so beautifully, they were everything I wanted and more. The ceramic has a beautiful gloss coating and looks stunning on our Christmas tree. The printing captured my design perfectly!
