St. Urho The Brave Alternative Facts Greeting Card
So, did St. Urho really scare the grasshoppers out of the vineyards that were eating all the grapes? Or is there another version? LOL! Today, we seem to struggle with what's true or not and this card is a pun on that. It's a St. Urho political card in a way. The front features the Finnish Coat of Arms a bit re-formatted for ol' brave St. Urho. The design has the Finnish lion but has a pitchfork, rather than the sword. Below his feet is a grasshopper, rather than a Russian sword. And, featured around are 9 grape bundles, rather than the roses that are on the real coat of arms. A beautiful card. Highest quality materials and print. Misunderstood the explanation of the gold accent. I took it as the design would be metallic in its appearance. Still a lovely card and I am extremely happy with it overall. Perfect, only that I expected the gold to be metallic.
