St Thomas Porthole Ceramic Tree Decoration

I ordered a St Thomas port hole ornament as we didn't buy one on the ship when we took our first cruise back in 2000, and thought I customized it by adding a picture of the family on the back of it, but when it arrived, it was just the picture of us! No St Thomas or port hole...so I called and talked to Alan and explained the circumstances. We were getting ready to go on a vacation and I didn't have time to straighten out the order at that time and he said to call when we returned and he would talk me through reordering the ornament the way I wanted it! When we got back home, I did call Alan and he talked me through placing the order very helpfully and I have received my ornament and I can tell you that the quality and look of it is awesome!! I am very, very pleased with this product and extremely pleased with the patience of Alan directing me on the computer through the order. I would recommend this website to anyone! I didn't have any special printing done on the ornament but the printing that comes with it was very clear. I am very pleased.

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni. However the Zazzle Support team were fabulous & organised a replacement quite quickly. My daughter is very happy. Thank you. Nice ornament, love the colours
