St. John of Kronstadt was a 19th century / early 20th century Russian Orthodox priest known for his charitable work and spiritual guidance. He was a prolific writer, with his spiritual diary, "My Life in Christ," becoming a classic of Orthodox spirituality. A prophetic figure, he also predicted the 1917 Russian Revolution and was known as a miracle-worker who performed numerous healings through his prayers.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
