You have several options here: 1) Leave the ornament as is with its customisable text. Don't forget to actually customise the text though! 2) Change just the text leaving the floral ornament and parchment background. 3) Hide or delete the ornamental image and parchment background to reveal the same image of the featured saint that appears on the front of the ornament. 4) Hide or delete the image of the featured saint on the back to reveal a blank, solid-coloured area ready to receive a picture, a greeting, a Biblical passage, or any other text of your choosing.
