Cats are some of my favourite subjects and in October, 2015 I had a gallery show that was
be all cat themed. Spookie started in a painting I did inspired by Edgar Allen Poe's poem
"Annabel Lee", and since it was a Poe reference I named Annabel Lee's cat Spookie.
For the Gallery show I did a series of painting of "A Day in the Life of Spookie the Cat"
of what Spookie was doing each hour of the day while Annabel was away.
Spookie was the runaway favourite of the gallery show!
