I had a concern immediately after custom-ordering this mug with regard to the discrepancy between the item description's version of the text versus the text shown on the mug in the customized photo. I emailed the company and didn't get a guarantee of which text would arrive on the mug, but they did offer a way to deal with any such problem upon receipt of the item. Once it was delivered, I was relieved to see that the text shown in the item's photo on the website WAS THE CORRECT ONE ! Thx ! Nice mug. A gift for my professor ! Text on mug was just as pictured. No problem. See above explanation.

The quality of these larger mugs is very good. I have been putting mine through the dishwasher all the time and it shows no signs of fading or dulling. Ergonomically these are lovely to hold and have fast become my favourite mug for a big cup of tea or coffee. Totally recommend getting the tea infuser with the mug especially if you like using loose leaf tea, which always tastes better from my experience and is better for the environment. Printing was good, bright and most importantly accurately matches the colouring shown on the website.
