The vibrant Somali Bee-eater, scientific name Merops revoilii, makes a fascinating pattern on a handsome tie. Perfect for a bird lover. The background colour is a pale cream yellow. The Somali Bee-eater lives in East Africa’s driest savanna, from Somaliland east into southeastern Ethiopia, west to Saudi Arabia, and south in to Kenya. From a vintage illustration by J.
