A commissioned piece. Traditional Hawaiian Ikaika warrior, with pueo and lauhala tattoos, and U.S. Army Soldier ready for battle. Ikaika warrior, then and now. Pueo feathers represent wisdom and perseverance. Lauhala for bonded strength amongst Soldiers. Shark teeth represent the Fighters and Infantry. 2 rows of triangles represent spear heads for warriors, and the chequered pattern on the ribs represent the bond of the Unit - The 299 Infantry Battalion. Turned this into a lockdown activity with my partner for our anniversary. I got the 110 pieces since neither of us are big on puzzles. It's was just one of the nice little fun activities we did together. Probably took 30 minutes all up. We're gona frame it and keep it as a memory. The quality of the print was fine. Our teeth look like they stick out a bit just due to the the shape of the pieces around our teeth. But no problems.
