Snowflake Baby First Christmas Photo Ceramic Ornament

Took forever to get here, arrived after Christmas after it was 'lost'. Had no ribbon on the ornament like advertised. The white font on the light blue background is too hard to see and is even kind of blurry. The date of birth, weight, and length of the baby are not even legible! Too blurry and small to see! Very disappointed in the tree ornament for sure! It did not appear this way when I created it on the website. Customer service has been helpful with sending a second one, which I am waiting arrival. I am sure it will look exactly the same so I am going to be requesting a refund! Too bad! I was so excited to get it and give it to them for Christmas! .

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni. However the Zazzle Support team were fabulous & organised a replacement quite quickly. My daughter is very happy. Thank you. Nice ornament, love the colours
