This christmas invitation has a watercolor snow scene painting is titled “Fun In The Snow,” on the front. It’s a scenic landscape of a place in London called Pole Hill on a very snowy day. From the top of the hill you can see the snow covered rooftops of the nearby houses and the bare winter branches of the surrounding trees are also covered in beautiful glistening snow. There’s two very special dogs standing looking out from the hill top, the light brown dog is named Tod , he was a German shepherd/Labrador retriever cross and the other little black and tan mixed breed dog was named Eddie, he was a German shepherd/collie cross. The tow of them were the best of friends, sadly Tod was severely epileptic and his pal Eddie was his protector, Eddie would know when Tod was about to fit and he would come and find me, he’d spin around a bit and get me to follow him to where Tod was. The dogs had a fun day out playing in the winter snow. Sadly Tod and Eddie are no longer with us. I think this little watercolour painting makes a lovely invitation, I've made the word "Christmas" into a template so that you can add whatever party event you're inviting your guests to e.g. "fancy dress party" "new Year party". I painted this snow landscape in watercolor from a photo that was taken on a lovely snowy winters day. Happy Christmas!
