The view of Munich is always breathtaking, when the sky is clear and you can see the Alps in the background. But especially in winter, when it gets cold, the mountains are snow covered, it is a very special feeling. And the air allows often crystal clear look, hundreds of kilometres into the Alps. For this view of a snow covered Munich, with the alps in the background, we climbed one of the small hills in the Olympiapark, created for the Summer Olympics in the 1970ies.
