This mug is perfect for hot or col drinks. The quote "Smokey the bobcat says 'Simmer the f*** down'" is how my daughter & I defuse tense moments. Very nice & clear. I wish it had been available on the Canadian Zazzle site as total cost was increased by almost $20 due to the current exchange rate
