I have to admit that the overall quality of this product was great. My own artwork aside - I found the printing clear and the item solid. The hanging thread was not connected but I usually use an ornament hook or my own ribbon. A mentioned above the printing quality was excellent and represented my design will.

I was extremely happy to find a tree ornament for my Occupational Therapist daughter. (I bought one a few years ago for my Paramedic son) & prior to seeing this I was trying to work out how I could create something similar for her. Unfortunately my first order was deemed lost in the mail which meant it didn't arrive in time to give my daughter when she finished Uni.
