“He sleeps like an angel,” or “He looks like an angel when he sleeps.” You’ve heard the expression. Usually reserved for babies and young children, it can be equally applicable to our animal friends who bring so much joy into our lives. They fall asleep near you, or in your arms. You look down at them and…awwwww. Your heart warms to see them so content and peaceful. This picture is a stylised image of our Morkie, Mojo – a dog who knows how to sleep. He goes into total relaxation mode, limp as a noodle and happy as a clam. He needs lots of rest, because he is filled with energy and curiosity when he’s awake (and maybe just a little devilishness, occasionally). But he is definitely…an angel when he sleeps.
